MaturityHR is a product of evaluoi.ai Oy Ltd (Business ID: 3582911-8). This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar browser storage technologies used by the MaturityHR service available at maturityhr.com.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies, such as localStorage, store data in your browser to enable core functionality.

2. Storage We Use

Strictly Necessary and Functional Storage (First-Party)

These are required for the Service to function or remember your choices:

  • Authentication session: Your Supabase authentication session token is stored in your browser's localStorage to keep you signed in
  • Language preference: Your selected language (fi/en/sv) is stored in localStorage and in a first-party cookie ("i18next") so the choice persists across visits
  • Interface state: A first-party cookie ("sidebar:state") remembers whether the sidebar is open or collapsed

Analytics Cookies (Not Used)

We do not use analytics cookies. Our web analytics (Vercel Analytics) is cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not use device identifiers, and does not track you across sites.

Marketing Cookies (Not Used)

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

3. No Consent Banner Required

Because MaturityHR sets no advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies, no cookie consent banner is required. All storage we use is strictly necessary or functional first-party storage for providing the Service you request and remembering the choices you make in it.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some processors may set strictly necessary cookies:

  • Stripe: Payment and fraud prevention cookies during checkout

5. Managing Cookies and Local Storage

You may control cookies and site data via your browser:

Blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent signing in to MaturityHR.

6. Retention

  • Authentication session: Refreshed automatically while you use the Service and removed when you sign out
  • Language preference and interface state: Stored until cleared manually

Changes to this Policy will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
