    • DoS attacks or system overload

    2.3 Abuse of Service

    • Automated scraping or data harvesting
    • Creating multiple accounts to exploit free trials
    • Sharing credentials
    • Exceeding rate limits intentionally
    • Reselling or white-labeling without permission

    • Illegal or harmful material
    • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
    • Child exploitation or illegal pornography

    • Using Service data or outputs to build competing systems
    • Exfiltrating or misusing other users' data
    • Selling assessment data without consent
    • Violating GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws

    Depending on severity:

    • Warning
    • Temporary suspension
    • Account termination
    • Legal action
    • IP blocking
