1. Purpose

This policy defines prohibited actions when using MaturityHR. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Illegal Activities

  • Any unlawful behavior
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Fraud, impersonation, identity theft
  • Money laundering or illicit financing

2.2 Security Violations

  • Hacking or exploit attempts
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling the Service
  • Distributing malicious code
  • Phishing or credential attacks
  • DoS attacks or system overload

2.3 Abuse of Service

  • Automated scraping or data harvesting
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit free trials
  • Sharing credentials
  • Exceeding rate limits intentionally
  • Reselling or white-labeling without permission
  • Using the Service, including a free trial, for the purpose of developing, benchmarking, or improving a competing product or service

Note: Professional consultants and service providers may use the platform to deliver services to their clients.

2.4 Harmful Content

  • Illegal or harmful material
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Child exploitation or illegal pornography
  • Terrorist content

2.5 Data and Content Misuse

  • Using Service data or outputs to build competing systems
  • Copying or reproducing the Service's assessment framework, its area and sub-area taxonomy, signal library, level model, or other proprietary content, in whole or in substantial part
  • Exfiltrating or misusing other users' data
  • Selling assessment data without consent
  • Violating GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws

3. Consequences

Depending on severity:

  • Warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Account termination
  • Legal action
  • IP blocking
