Give HR and leadership a shared starting point
Leadership sees strategic priorities. HR sees the practices, dependencies and unfinished work behind them. A shared picture helps both decide what deserves attention next.

Enlarge imageStart with the disagreement that matters
Choose a concrete question for your next meeting: where does competence management need attention, and do different roles see the same problem? Invite the relevant perspectives into an assessment round. Participants can respond through a link without creating an account.
Use differences to open the conversation
Review the available perspectives alongside the overall picture. Ask what experience or information explains a difference. If a role has too few responses to be shown, treat that as missing coverage. An absent result is not agreement.
Leave with a development priority
Choose an initiative connected to the area you want to develop and keep its status visible. At the next review, return to the same history and ask what changed in practice. This gives the team a continuing reference without rebuilding the discussion from scratch.
Before you begin
- Does everyone in the organization have to participate?
- You can start with a focused group. Results reflect the people and perspectives represented; they do not automatically describe the whole workforce. Role-specific reporting follows the product's response thresholds.
- Does this replace our HR system?
- MaturityHR supports the development of competence-management practices. Your HR system can continue to manage employee records, and your learning system can continue to deliver courses.
- What should we look for in the trial?
- Whether the shared view helps you choose and record a useful next action. Longer-term progress requires later observations and continued development work.
